February 2020 Minutes
The Kountry Bumpkins 4-H club meeting was held at St. John’s Lutheran Church.
The Kountry Bumpkins 4-H club meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by President Stella Duran.
Pledges were led by the President.
Roll Call was to name your favorite candy. The members that were present are AlizaJane, Makenna, Cara, Henley, Kaylee, Mackenzie, Teagan, Kailey, Liam, Michael, Oliver, Stella, Lauren, Cade, Sarah, Sophia, and Ambrose. 17 members were present at this meeting.
The secretary and the treasurer gave their officer’s reports.
We discussed our old business which was state-wide 4-H events.
We discussed our new business which is grand foods, comm. day, service project
Our healthy living officer AlizaJane gave her healthy living officer talk. She discussed screen time and finding a balance with using technology in your life.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:32pm.
The family provided treats for the meeting was the Sexton Family.
We made a club decision to to have a party with our money that we earned. We made a committee and decided to have a party at Frozen Moose + Broadwater on Sunday, March 8 from 1-3 pm.
Kaylee sexton gave a demonstration on how to make donut hole snowman shish kebabs and Henley Sexton gave a demonstration on making a heart cake. We got to enjoy their treats after the demonstrations.
